Prepare the Chocolate

In a microwave-safe bowl or over a double boiler, melt 4 oz of dark chocolate with 2 tsp of heavy cream. Stir frequently until smooth and creamy.
Layer the Cups

Line a small muffin or silicone mold with paper liners or lightly grease it to prevent sticking.

Pour a small amount of the melted chocolate mixture into the base of each mold to form the first layer.

Add a sprinkle of salted peanuts and a small spoonful of ground almonds to the chocolate layer for a crunchy texture.

Pour the remaining melted chocolate mixture over the peanuts and almonds to fully cover them.

Chill and Set
